I have worked since 1994 as an engineer at Hewlett-Packard Company (starting as Compaq Computer Corp. main campus). I wrote software utilities for the first couple of years, but have been working as a hardware design engineer specializing in data storage equipment since 1997.

Projects I have designed or helped design include PCI-X and PCI Express SCSI RAID controllers, and Fibre Channel connected Storage Area Network (SAN) systems using SCSI and Serial Attached SCSI (SAS) hard drives.

My resume. Drop me a note at the email address in my resume if you know of a company that needs a EE in western Canada.

In 1999 I married Kim Engel, and we have lived in Houston since.

Hobbies I enjoyed BC (before children) include choral performance, live classical music recording, and audio equipment construction (see my projects page). These days my hobbies include riding my bicycle slowly and playing in parks.
